Billing Date Format

As an International service provider, at Rochen we use the Day/Month/Year format. This is very common amongst a large percentage of the countries where many of our clients reside or do business.

By way of example:

  • an invoice processed on 12th September 2015, will read: 12/09/2015
  • an invoice processed on 9th December 2015 will read: 09/12/2015

This is a different display than the common North American use of the Month/Day/Year format. As such, this may cause some unintended confusion for our valued US and Canadian clients. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, if that is the case.

If you are unsure of your past invoice dates, you can refer to the “Billing Summary” panel on the main My Rochen dashboard, as it does list the month as “Sep”, for example, instead of “09”. We aim to standardize this across various My Rochen billing areas in due course.

Please never hesitate to open a Billing support ticket if we may be of assistance for any billing related concerns or questions.
