If you have misplaced your Rochen Welcome Email you can request that we resend it to your My Rochen email address(es) via a Tech Support ticket.
The links below are examples to access various cPanel services. The word “DOMAINNAME” would need to be replaced with your own domain name. The word “SERVERNAME” would need to be replaced with the server name your account is currently on. If you do not know your server name please see the Rochen Welcome Email KB article link above, or refer to the plan details in the Manage Hosting section of your My Rochen account for your given domain. Or, simply feel free to open a technical support ticket to ask. We’ll be happy to help.
cPanel is an interface which allows you to manage various services under your account such as email accounts, MySQL databases, FTP accounts, etc. You will need to use the username and password that is provided in your Rochen Welcome Email.

Web Host Manager (WHM)
WHM is a server control panel interface that is designed for Rochen Resellers. It makes managing multiple cPanel accounts a breeze. You will need to use the username and password that is provided in your Rochen Welcome Email. Visit the following URLs to access WHM:

https://SERVERNAME.directrouter.com:2087 (all US based servers, UK PWH servers, and MCS)

Webmail
cPanel Webmail provides instant access to your email without the use of a local email client. You will need to login to cPanel and use the tool “Email Accounts” to view the username for your specific email account. The password needed to login should be already noted. If not, the password will need to be reset. Visit the following URLs to access cPanel Webmail:
