General Billing Cycle Options

Depending on the type of hosting plan that you have, there may be different billing cycle options available to you.

Legacy Business, Reseller, and Starter Plans

Rochen offers monthly and annual billing options for legacy Business and Reseller, and Starter, hosting plans. These include any plans that were purchased prior to March 2015. More information here.

Premium Web Hosting Plans

Rochen offers monthly, annual, biennial, and triennial billing cycles for Premium Web Hosting plans.  More information here.

You can change your billing cycle by opening a billing ticket via the My Rochen customer portal at: https://my.rochen.com

When you open a support ticket to request a change, we will change your billing cycle from your next due billing date. For example, if you are currently paying monthly, wish to change to annual billing and your next due date is June 20th; you will be billed for a full year of hosting on June 20th instead of your regular monthly billing. This will then cover your account through until June 19th of the next year. Your next annual billing will then reoccur on June 20th.

Dedicated Hosting Services

Rochen’s Managed Cloud Servers, Managed Dedicated Servers, and Managed Virtual Servers are all invoiced on a monthly basis by default. Special exceptions can be made, however, and you’re welcome to open a billing ticket to discuss your billing cycle preferences. More information at the following pages:
