Find your sub-account
Locate the sub-account that you want terminate.
Terminate
Once you’ve located your sub-account, click on the tribar graphic at the top right side of your sub-accounts individual panel. Select the “terminate” option.
Be sure to read all of the details provide in the next screen. You’ll need to confirm this before proceeding. Once you’ve reviewed and acknowledged the info, click on “Terminate Account”.
Once the above steps have all been followed, your sub-account will be terminated.
Please note that this method only terminates individual sub-accounts. For information about how to cancel your entire hosting plan/service, please see this article. For details about discontinuing a domain name registration, this article will help.
