We often get support requests from clients who have noticed that AWStats is no longer updating or showing statistics correctly.
We recommend the following tips for correcting this:
- If your domain is near or at its allocated disk quota, this may be the cause of AWStats not updating. Try to increase the quota, or clear out some space.
- Allow AWStats 24 hrs to run and see if that has solved the problem.
- Additionally, the domain name has to be fully propagated to your Rochen account and pointing to your name servers here at Rochen before AWStats will begin to work.
