The past year has been by far our best yet at Rochen. We have our loyal customers and incredible team to thank.
In March we introduced our new Premium Web Hosting solution, giving Rochen customers a truly performance focussed shared hosting option with LiteSpeed webserver and pure SSD storage.
At the same time, we relaunched our popular AWS-powered enterprise cloud platform, Managed Cloud Servers to included more vCPU, RAM, Storage, and scalability options. With the relaunch we also introduced MCS to our UK data centre.
August brought the first phase of upgrades and customisations to our My Rochen customer portal. These included a modernized and mobile-friendly responsive design and updated presentation of individual services, such as our Premium Web Hosting plans. We also added improved graphing and tracking for enterprise customers. In the past few weeks we also pushed the latest PHP 7 live.
Moving forward we’ve got more exciting news and updates planned, and we’re looking forward to sharing another eventful year with you in 2016. To let the “cat out of the bag”, we will be moving all of our platforms to AWS (including shared hosting). This will have huge benefits for everyone hosting with us. Rochen’s aim is to provide the world’s best hosting service at the most affordable price point. I can’t wait to get the next wave of upgrades underway.
