This particular tutorial will walk you through suspending and unsuspending an account through the Web Host Manager (WHM).
Please note that this tutorial is applicable only to accounts that have WHM access. Premium Web Hosting clients can suspend accounts via this method instead.
The suspension feature is very useful as it allows you to temporarily suspend access to one of your accounts and then restore it later on without the need to terminate the account. E.g. if one of your customers hasn’t paid their invoice. Suspending an account will block access to all services including web, email, FTP, cPanel etc.
Another feature of WHM is that you can modify the default “Suspended” page that is displayed to visitors. This next video will show you how you can do that:
