We currently use our Customer Forums as a resource for important announcements about events such as server outages and scheduled maintenance.<\/p>\n

They can also be a great historical reference for peer-to-peer hosting-related questions and answers and general hosting information.<\/p>\n

  1. To get access to the customer forums, first, you’ll need to create a forum profile<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Log into your MyRochen customer portal, click the Enable Forums Access<\/strong> link, and enter your forum account username on the next screen to enable customer-level access.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Step three repeats step 2\u2013due to the limitations of our forum software. We apologize for the added step. Please enter your username again on the next screen or pop up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You will then be able to return to the forums, login, and access the “customer only” sections.<\/p>\n \t\t
